2020 Vision

20/20 vision is a term used to express normal visual acuity (the clarity or sharpness of vision) but it is really now so much more than that…it’s resilienceit’s adaptabilityit’s awareness (particularly of unintended consequences).

This theme, which cuts across all of our hindsights, underscores the point that we’re not going to get everything right all the time and we have to be prepared for that.

  • Invite a Friend or Co-worker along on this ChallengeYou’ll help hold each other accountable…You’ll help push each other out of your comfort zone….You’ll get feedback on your progress….and Friends don’t let Friends quit.
